Product prices:

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes. Orders are usually delivered within a week of ordering, provided that the product is in stock.

Delivery options:

Postal package – to the nearest post office of the subscriber’s home. Enter the info in the field if you want the package to be delivered to a specific post office pick-up point.

Product returns / cancellations / Complaints

Product returns through the same supplier as they arrived.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days without any special reasons. If the product has been collected and used, it can no longer be returned. The amount paid will be credited to the payment instrument from which the original payment was made and a copy of the receipt is attached to the shipment. Please remember that the product you return must be in its original condition, in its original packaging and unused. However, if the return does not contain everything that belongs there or it is in bad condition due to a reason caused by the customer, we generally withhold 30% – 50% of the sales price as compensation.

When returning the product, please include our receipt. Refunds are made to the payment instrument from which the original payment was made. When returning, also tell us by letter, e-mail or phone why the product did not work for you. Or if the product is defective, tell us if you would like to exchange it. Delivery costs will not be refunded, unless the reason for the return is a faulty product. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If you want to cancel the order, it must be done before the product has been shipped. The refund is made to the payment instrument from which the original payment was made. To cancel the order, contact us by email at audir8team@gmail.com.
